I'm no photographer, as you can probably tell by my Gallery Page, but I did find these Picture of the Year photo sets interesting:

Reuters Pictures of the Year

This set didn't have the impact on me that the next one did, but there are some amazing pictures in it.  Of course, there are some crap ones too.  Madonna flipping the camera off?  Is that really have any relavance in 2005?

MSN The Year in Pictures 2005

I was more impressed by the Editors Choices (the first batch) than the Peoples Choices.  These photos have a soundtrack, which add to their value as well.
